New Sermon Series – Revival: Faith as Wesley Lived It

Beginning this Sunday, we will embark on a six-week journey with well-known author and UMC pastor Adam Hamilton as he walks us in John Wesley’s footsteps. Revival shows us how Wesley’s teaching defines our faith and shapes our heritage.

Revival also challenges us to rediscover our spiritual passion – a spiritual passion such as John Wesley’s feeling his heart “strangely warmed” by God. An understanding such as Charles Wesley wishing he had over a thousand tongues to sing the glories of God’s praise. These next six weeks, we will dig into what it means to be United Methodist and what it means to be Wesleyan.

In the series, we will delve into these topics:

  • Precursors to Revival
  • A Longing for Holiness
  • A Crisis of Faith
  • Preaching and Pursuing
  • Sanctification: Perfected in Love
  • The Latter Years

We know that your schedules are busy; so if you can’t make worship, please follow along with us on our website.

Our prayer is that we all grow closer to God in this study and in our passionate worship of our Creator

In the hollow of His hands,
